  • Courses & Digital Prducts: When you buy a digital product (courses, wallpapers, 3D assets), you’re getting a single non-transferrable license to use it for personal purposes – no reselling or redistributing.

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change, but if you’ve already enrolled, signed up for, or accepted a quote, any future price changes won’t affect you.

  • Services: Further terms apply for services, and will be specified in the quote provided before commencement of work.

3. Payments & Taxes

  • Products: If you’re in the UK or EU, VAT will be added at checkout where required. International customers may be subject to similar local taxes – check your country’s policies.

  • Services: Payment terms will be specified in the quote provided before commencement of work.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Digital Products: Instant access after purchase, so get stuck in, homie.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Digital Products: Since these are instant downloads, I don’t offer refunds on digital items unless there’s a technical issue with the files.

  • Courses: Refunds on courses are available with a two week love-it-or-leave-it guarantee. If you change your mind or simply don't like the course, let me know within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

  • Services: Refund and cancellation terms will be specified in the quote provided before commencement of work.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Courses & Digital Products: All artwork, courses, digital assets, and any other content you purchase here are owned by me. You get to enjoy them for personal use, but obviously don’t copy, redistribute, or resell them without our permission, duh.

  • Services: Ownership terms for the finished work and source files will be specified in the quote provided before commencement of work.
